Appearance Is Key As A Dancer
In the story "A&P" written by John Updike, the three females appearance is the attention catcher from the employer's of the small corner store. A personal experience I can make myself with appearance, is the appearance needed to be a performing dancer. The makeup, the hair, the costumes, it all brings the theme together for the dance. The pictures on the left are a few pictures captured in the past year from performances at the Civic Center in Port Saint Lucie, Florida with my old dance Studio Mrs. P's Dance and Acrobatic Studio, some from the Believe Dance Concert ran through Amber Salo at Treasure Coast High School, and others at home stretching and rehearsing for shows. The beauty of an individual on stage is the eye catcher of the audience, meaning the hair is perfect, the make-up stands out, and the costume is flawless. Appearance has a big impact on a performing dancer, along with the three girls in the story. The way the were dressed impacted the cashier, Sammy's, job placement.
